Our home is now up for sale the web site is up and running and we have put up the for sale signs.
There as been some interest and one time waster, still its early days. We have visited our bank and they have told us we can transfer our mortgage to a new owner this will make it a bit easier to raise finance for our buyer

It's 20 degrees here today a nice warm spring day, we are looking forward to Easter, there are great celebration here in the villages so there will be lots if pictures on our website in the coming weeks
